PEARLDROPS HEALTHCARE STAFFING
, an Employment Business Company incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2004 with its registered address at 3-9 Olu Kodeosho str., off Simbiat Abiola way, Ikeja Lagos, henceforth known as "the Agency" of THE FIRST PART AND
…………………………………., a prospective temporal Employee henceforth known as "the Employee" of THE OTHER PART.
WHEREAS:
1. The Agency is an Employment Business Company whose objective is to recruit candidates (Staff) for Companies and Organisation including but not limited to Pharmaceutical Companies, Hospitals, Schools, Health Management Organizations (HMOs), Non-Governmental Organisations, Laboratories, Food Manufacturing Companies and Families seeking for house care workers.
2. Agreement is made to establish a relationship between the Agency and the Employee, with regard to the Agency's efforts to secure employment for Employee. Parties shall mean jointly and collectively The Agency and The Employee.
1. THE AGENCY HEREBY COVENANTS WITH THE EMPLOYEE AS
FOLLOWS: a) To maintain updated résumé and/or contact information for the Employee and to provide the said information to any interested Company. b) To allow the Employee access to any job listing that the Agency provides, whether on a job website, agency website, newsletter, etc. c) To contact the Employee daily, weekly, monthly etc regarding information on any job that may fit the Employee's qualifications. d) To submit Employee's name to any matching jobs daily, weekly, monthly etc, and to make all possible efforts to find employment for Employee.

e) To pay Employee weekly, bimonthly, etc via cheque, direct deposit, etc.
2. THE EMPLOYEE HEREBY COVENANTS WITH THE AGENCY AS
