Re: Resale Agreement between Verizon Maryland Inc. and
Ntegrity Telecontent Services, Inc. d/b/a Mid Atlantic Broadband Metro
Dear Mr. Bourland:
In accordance with § 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the “Act”), Verizon Maryland Inc. (“Verizon”) files the attached Resale Agreement effective upon approval between Verizon and Ntegrity Telecontent Services, Inc. d/b/a Mid Atlantic Broadband Metro ("Ntegrity"), governing interconnection arrangements in the State of Maryland.
The Agreement is submitted for Commission approval. The Act specifies in §252(e)(4) that, if a state agency does not act to approve or reject an agreement reached by negotiation within 90 days following the filing, it shall be deemed approved.
The Act also states pursuant to Section 252(e)(2)(a)(i) and Section 252(e)(2)(a)(ii) that the Agreement must not discriminate against any other telecommunications carrier and must be consistent with the public interest, convenience, and necessity. The Agreement complies with both of those sub-sections of the Act.
Ntegrity is certified to provide telecommunications services in Maryland and is represented by:
