PART D – Considerations and Declarations
Please take the following considerations into account when preparing your application:

Projects funded by the Fredericton Arts Alliance School Project must involve an entire class of students.
-
Projects should be multi-disciplinary and/or cross-curricular (Music and Visual Art, Dance and Music, Multi Media and Drama, etc).
-
Applicants receiving funding must allow a representative of Fredericton Arts Alliance School Project Committee to visit the site while the residency is being carried out.
We hereby agree to provide all requested information as well as any other supporting documents needed to evaluate this application. We understand that our application may be disqualified if it is incomplete. The artist(s) will provide an up-to-date Criminal Record Check if approval is granted and prior to the commencement of the project at the school.
We agree that the project will be completed by the end of December 2017 and that a final report will be submitted to Mariecke Leavitt at mariecke.leavitt@nbed.nb.ca (ASD-W) and Katie FitzRandolph at president@frederictonartsalliance,ca (FAA) no later than the end of January, 2018.
