Jon Rich graduated from Clark Atlanta University in 1995. Where he played from 1990 to 1993.Jon played both tackle and guard positions on the offensive line. Jon is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and a member of Prince Hall Masonry Lodge. Jon is a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys listening to music; reading and spending time with his family.
Coach Rich is married to Stacy Rich formerly of Pascagoula, MS. She attended University of Mississippi where she was a two time All-American in track. Jon and Stacy have one daughter Jonia who is a stand-out cheerleader for the Cheer and Gallery Dance Cheerleading Team. She Jonia will be 6 yrs old in September. Jon began his coaching career at Decatur High from 1995 to 1996.Jon eventually moved on to Southwest DeKalb High School where he coached one year in 1997. Jon continued his coaching career from 1998 to 2005 at McNair High School. Jon was the Assistant Head Coach and Offensive-Line coach during his tenure. In 2006 Jon got his first Head Coaching job at McNair Middle School where he guided his team to a 6-2 season and won there division and played in the 8th Grade Championship falling to Miller Grove Middle 8-0. Jon took his coaching experience up north to Tucker High School in 2007 to present. Jon is an Offensive-Line coach for Tucker Tigers and part of the 2008 State Championship Staff.
