On October 10, 2002, defendants Larson Manufacturing Co., and Atlantic Mutual Insurance Co., filed a motion nunc pro tunc setting forth an error on page 20 in the order for payment of medical expenses in the arbitration decision issued by the undersigned on October 4, 2002.

The order for File No. 5000773 concerning payment of medical expenses is changed to reflect what was found in the decision:

Defendants, Larson Manufacturing Co., and Zurich Insurance shall pay claimant’s medical expenses, which occurred on or after July 26, 2001.
