Customer User Guide
Welcome to Great Plains National Bank’s Mobile Deposit Capture Service
Mobile Deposit Capture allows you to make deposits to your account with Great Plains National Bank by simply photographing the front and back of the check using the camera feature on your smartphone.
Requirements
The mobile devices that Mobile Deposit Capture is compatible with are Apple I-Phone and Android Smartphone. You must be enrolled in Online Banking and you must also have the GPNB Mobile app on your mobile device.
Installing the GPNB Mobile App
If you do not have the GPNB Mobile App on your Apple I-Phone or Android Smartphone, you can install it by following these steps:
Log on to the App Store on your I-Phone or Android Smartphone
Select the Search Feature and type in Great Plains National Bank
Select Great Plains National Bank and click Install
The GPNB Mobile Bank App will now be available on your I-Phone or Android Smartphone.
Making a Deposit using GPNB Mobile Deposit Capture
When you are ready to make a deposit using GPNB Mobile Deposit Capture, please endorse your check “For Mobile Deposit Only, Great Plains National Bank and your Account #”. You may only deposit 1 check at a time.
Open the Great Plains National Bank Mobile App on your Apple I-Phone or Android Smartphone
Your Login Name and Password will be the same Login Name and Password you use to access your online banking
Your accounts will be displayed. In the top left corner of your screen, you will find an icon that appears like 3 lines. Touch this icon to access options
Select Deposits
Touch the Plus sign (+) in the top right corner of your screen
Touch Select account to select the account that you wish to make a deposit to
Enter deposit amount
Select Check Front Take Photo – Make sure that all 4 corners of the check are visible before taking the photo
Verify the check photo
Select Check Back Take Photo – Make sure that all 4 corners of the check are visible before taking the photo
Verify the check photo
Select Done
You will receive a message “Deposit Received” on your phone, touch OK
Log off of your GPNB Mobile App
You will receive an email from data_processing@gpnbank.net notifying you your deposit has been approved.
