Dec. 2017 + 4 option years Bidding procedure : Two Sealed Envelopes – lowest compliant bidder Funding (planned) : Budget 105, for Jul-Dec. 2017 = Euro 75,000 + 4 option years ( Euro 675,000) Planned Issue Date : 13. March 2017 Planned Bid Closing Date : 10. May 2017 Eligibility : Eligible contractors have to be from NATO-member nations and maintain a professionally active facility within NATO-member nations.
