Sealed quotations are invited for purchase of Tyres & Tubes for DDA vehicles from the Authorized Agency/Dealer on 01.03.2017 upto 3.00 PM & same shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of intending quotationers in the office of Director (Nazarat). The sale of Quotation documents shall be stopped on __28.02.2017_ at 3.00 PM.

The quotation documents can be purchased from the Office of Manager (Automobile) 2^nd floor, DDA Press Building, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi-23 on payment of Rs.525 (Rupees five hundred and twenty five only) i/c VAT for each or may be downloaded from DDA Official website www.dda.org.in which may be submitted alongwith separate DD amounting to Rs. 525 payable in favour of DDA.

   Purchase shall be made for following vehicles. Innova, Ciaz, Maruti Car -800, SX-4, Esteem, Tata Indigo, Indica, Logan, Maruti Gypsy, Maruti Van, Swift D-zire, SX-4 Car, Ambassador Car, Tata Indica, Bullet, Hero Honda Motorcycles & Three wheelers etc.
   
2. 
   The Tyres & Tubes shall be purchased during one year as and when required to the prescribed type of the vehicle.
   
3. 
   The discount shall be quoted for each make with full details of taxes and levies to be charged on the current price list.
   
4. 
   The rebate for old Tyres & Tubes also to be quoted in prescribed column in the Quotation separately.
   
5. 
   The Wheel balancing and alignment shall be done free of cost after change of new tyres.
   
6. 
   The Tyres & Tubes shall be of Ceat, MRF, Bridgestone, JK Make.
   
7. 
   The guarantee as per manufacturer shall be given by the Quotationer for the Tyres & Tubes.
   
8. 
   The contract is liable to be terminated after seven days from the date of issue of notice if the service is not found satisfactory.
   
9. 
   Certificate of Authorised Dealership/Company shop/Distributer may be deposited along with Quotation.
   
10. 
    Successful Tenderer will replace Tyre & Tube immediately on demand with in 2 days and shall not make any excuses of non availabillity of Tyre & Tube.
    
11. 
    The earnest money of Rs.5,000/ may be deposited along with Quotation in form of D.D/ pay order in favour of Delhi Development Authority which shall be kept for one year/Contract period of those forms whose rates are accepted as security for Performance of Contract which shall be refunded after close of Contract.
