NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION
Sealed quotations are invited for purchase of Batteries for DDA vehicles from the Authorized Agency/ dealer on 21.10.2016 upto 3.00 PM and same shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of intending quotationers in the office of Director (Nazarat). The sale of Quotation documents shall be stopped on 20.10.2016 at 3.00 PM.
The quotation documents can be purchased from the Office of Manager (Automobile) 2nd floor, DDA Press Building, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi-23 on payment of Rs.525/- (Rupees five hundred and twenty five only) i/c VAT for each or may be downloaded from DDA Official website www.dda.org.in which may be submitted alongwith separate DD amounting to Rs. 525 payable in favour of DDA.

CONDITIONS


  1. Purchase shall be made for batteries for following vehicles : Innova, Ciaz, Maruti Car 800, Maruti Van, Maruti Gypsy, Swift D-zire, Ambassador Car, Tata Indigo & Indica, Logan Car, SX-4, Esteem, Bullet, Honda Motorcycle, Hero Honda Splender/ Glamour etc. & Three wheeler etc.




  1. The batteries shall be purchased during one year, time to time as and when required according to the prescribed rating of the vehicle.




  1. The discount shall be quoted for each make with full detail of taxes/ levies to be charged on the basis of price list.




  1. The rebate for old batteries also to be quoted in prescribed column separately.




  1. Only following and Reputed makes of Batteries shall be accepted :

(a) Exide (b) Amaron (c) S.F (d) Any other reputed make


  1. The guarantee as per manufacturer’s norms shall be given by the Quotationer for the battery.




  1. The contract is liable to be terminated after seven days from the date of issue of notice if the service is not found satisfactory.




  1. Certificate of Authorization of battery by the Agency/Dealership from the manufacturer may be deposited along with Quotation.




  1. Successful Tenderer will supply the battery on demand immediately within 2 days and shall not make any excuses regarding non availability of Battery.




  1. The earnest money of Rs.5,000/ may be deposited along with Quotation in form of Bank D.D/ pay order in favour of Delhi Development Authority which shall be kept for one year/contract period of those firms whose rates are accepted as security for performance of contract, which shall be refunded after close of contract.
