No Video at Computer screen or Smart Board screen:
If you have a Smart board or Projector and you are experiencing no video at your computer display or the Smart Board try this:
Note there must be power to the projector and all video cables must be properly routed!!
At the projector : Power ON if it is OFF or if it is ON turn it OFF and then back ON (you must wait for the cool down period for a restart).
Restart the computer that is attached to the Smart Board and make sure the Display attached to the computer is powered ON.
You should now have video at both the projector and the computer display, you can power off the computer display or projector if you do not wish to view both.
