<888> 11/19/12 Monday 6:45 P.M.. I woke up at 1 P.M.. I ate breakfast of oatmeal with honey and milk and sliced banana, a toasted English muffin with olive oil, a 12 ounce glass of watered down punch, and a cup of coffee with Splenda sweetener and milk. I washed the breakfast dishes. I made my bed. I made up a fresh batch of punch. I chatted with a friend. The friend said he might be able to come over and visit and take one or two of the old televisions off my hands which would help me in getting rid of them. I was thinking of putting the new Haier LCD television on the Danish bar in the living room hooked up they way I have the Sceptre 22 inch LCD TV hooked up. I would leave the Sony 24 inch CRT Trinitron television where it is. I would move the Sceptre 22 inch LCD television into the bedroom, and I would get rid of the Orion television and possibly the Sony Trinitron 27 inch television in the bedroom. However, my friend always says he might visit but never shows up, in which case I would have all three televisions in the bedroom. This seems close to the model number television that I bought 32-inch 720p LCD HDTV | L32B1120 | Haier America , and it shows its inputs which I would need to connect up my current setup. To hook up both LCD televisions to the bedroom Digital Cable Box along with the living room Digital Cable box for the Haier LCD TV, I ordered three 6 Feet High Speed HDMI Cable Male to Male Digital A/V Cable, 30 AWG Cable, Gold Plated Connectors, Category 2 Certified, Support 1080P True HD Resolution and 3D, Wholesale Volume Discount Available for $7.99 with free shipping, and 25 Feet HDMI TO HDMI A/V Cable For HDTV and PlayStation 3 for $9.99 with free shipping and I bought two Amazon.com: Etekcity HDMI 1x2 3D Amplified splitter v1.3 HDCP 2 ports swither PS3 XBOX360 DVD Blu-ray: Electronics for $15.12 each for $30.24 total with free shipping on over $25 order. With those parts, I can hook up both LCD TVs to both Digital Cable boxes.

Four minutes into the steamed vegetables, I added three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a fry pan, and I heated it for three minutes on medium high electric burner heat, and then I added a 12 ounce 1 inch thick top round London Broil. I seared it on both sides adding garlic powder, ground black pepper and Italian seasoning to each side. Then I flipped it every minute and after six minutes, I added three tablespoons of soy sauce, and I flipped it every 30 second for about two minutes until the soy sauce was reduced.
