  From Molloy’s Homepage. (http://www.molloy.edu). Please click “Molloy Life” in the center of the page.

  Then on the left side of the page under the Paw icon click on “Email”. This will bring you to the Google Login page.
  

• 
  Username is your first initial of your first name, “J” followed by your last name “Smith”. If that username already exists when we tried to create the account, then the number 1 will follow the name (i.e. jsmith1, jsmith2) and continue upward if necessary.

  Enter your password, which initially will be your student id number followed by the calendar year of your first semester i.e. ’2013, 2014 etc. (123452013).

  Click Sign in.

  After logging in, you will be brought to a page where you have to agree to the terms of service and enter ‘wavy’ letters in the box provided, then click “I accept. Continue to my account”

  You will be required to change your password to something unique, that you will remember. Google requires a password with a minimum of 8 characters in length.

  Then you will be brought to your mailbox.
  

• 
  On the top right of the screen, click on the square to bring up the menu of Apps offered by Google.

  Click on the wheel icon to customize settings

  ** You MUST sign out when using a public computer! Otherwise the next person using that computer may be brought to your email.** Click on your email address in the upper right corner to sign out.**
