Overview

A new password reset service has been implemented allowing you to manage your corporate password. The service can be used to reset your password, and unlock your account, all without calling the helpdesk. The service is available 24/7, and can be accessed from any location or device.

You are required to enroll in the service before you can start using it. You will receive a link to the enrollment page via email. You may also receive enrollment reminders from time to time when you are logged into Windows, until you enroll in the system. The reminders will appear as either a balloon above your taskbar, or a browser that launches the enrollment page.

To complete your enrollment, you will need to collect enough stars to fill the star bar by selecting and providing the appropriate information. Your information is not collected or stored, and your activity on the services is never monitored.

You can enroll with the below identity services.
