OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS RED SHORES Stack The Cash Promotion Feb 27th, 2017 – March 31st, 2017 RED SHORES Racetrack & Casino at Charlottetown Driving Park and RED SHORES at Summerside PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY 1. This promotion is sponsored by the RED SHORES Racetrack & Casino and RED SHORES at Summerside and is open to any participant who is nineteen (19) years of age or older, except employees of RED SHORES, Atlantic Lottery (AL), AL’s advertising agencies, or any immediate family of the above. “Immediate Family” means the spouse, sibling, parent and/or child of an employee referred to above who resides with that employee. 2. Participants are required to be Rewards Club Members 3. The chance of being selected for each draw is dependent on the number of eligible entries in the draw drum for each draw. 4. In the event a selected contestant does not meet the eligibility requirements, then RED SHORES has no obligation to award any prize to that selected contestant. 5. Winners must present valid photo identification acceptable to RED SHORES and sign, before receiving the prize, a declaration and release, as well as answer a mathematical skill testing question. All answers are final, and if incorrect, the selected contestant will not receive the prize. Prizing/Draw Details Weekly Draws: There will be 3 weekly prizes drawn every Friday beginning March 3rd, 2017 through Friday March 24th, 2017. Summerside - Deadline for entering ballots each week, will be 5pm every Friday. Ballots will be transported from Summerside to Charlottetown each Friday for the Weekly & Grand prize draws. Weekly winning ballots drawn will be photocopied, and the original ballot will be placed back in the drum to participate in any remaining weekly and grand prize draws. Charlottetown – Deadline for entering ballots each week, will be 5pm every Friday. Ballots from both locations will be entered into one combined drum and the three (3) winning ballots will be selected from all ballots entered. These draws will be held at 8:00 pm each Friday during the promotion, or as soon as possible thereafter. Both Locations - Must be in attendance for Friday draws to win the weekly cash prizes. Grand Prize Draw: There will be one Grand Prize draw on Friday March 31st 2017 at 9:00 pm. All ballots received from both locations will be entered into one combined drum and three (3) winning ballots will be selected along with 5 back up ballots. Ballot entries in Charlottetown will be accepted until 5pm on March 31st, 2017. Deadline for entering ballots in Summerside will be 5pm Friday March 31st. Ballots from Summerside will be transported on Friday March 31st from Summerside to Charlottetown for the Grand Prize draw on being held on Friday March 31st, 2017. HOW TO ENTER Gaming Floor How to enter this contest: 1. RED SHORES Rewards card Members can purchase a ballot for the Stack the Cash promotion at the Rewards desk at both Summerside and Charlottetown locations, by using rewards points they may have earned since becoming a Rewards Club Member. 2. Each ballot purchased through the POS system will cost 50 reward points (approximate redemption value of $5). After purchase, ballots have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for reward points. 3. For every Ballot purchased, the Total Grand Prize Purse will increase by $5 4. “No Purchase Required”. To obtain a ballot, submit a reasonable hand drawn facsimile of the Red Shores Logo on a 3”x5” piece of paper and deposit in one of the two (2) ballot boxes for this Promotion. Limit of one (1) no purchase entry per weekly draw.
