We will be relocating to 1519 Boston Avenue. We will be centrally located between The Nederland Chamber of Commerce, Nederland Tourism Bureau and The Nederland Heritage Festival. It will be so much easier for everyone to find us whether you are already a Nederland business or just moving to town. Now you can simply look across the street from the newly renovated Windmill and you will see our office. It is a mess right now with construction but we promise an Open House when it is ready. **Calling all Women of Action** The Nederland’s Women of Action presented to more than 380 eighth grade students in Nederland at Lamar College Port Arthur for Nederland Rotary Career Day. Presenters for the group were Shawn Hanley with Howell Furniture, Dr. Jamie Packman and Kay DeCuir. Others who participated were Christinia Herrmann with NEDC, Amber Johnson with WellFast Health, and Libby Arnold from Community Prayer Outreach. Thanks to everyone for making the topics on interviewing skills, resume writing, and how to look for scholarships, a topic of need for our students. We also have the PRIDE program to assist businesses with the exterior improvement of their property, through landscaping, signs, parking lots or other exterior improvements. We believe these improvements enhance the community and benefit the businesses and their neighbors. .
