We are committed to maintaining a low student-instructor ratio (1:8) to ensure personal attention for each student. Success for CDA is helping every student reach his or her highest potential. THE CDA ADVANTAGEOur facility is conveniently located in Duluth. We serve families from all over the Atlanta area. Our program is designed for your child’s safety and quality instruction. CDA will prepare students to master various levels of jumps, stunts, motions, dance technique, and tumbling skills. Students learn skills at their own pace in a fun, energetic and safe environment. CDA has a program for athletes of all levels:
FACILITY and EQUIPMENTCheer & Dance Atlanta is located in Duluth at 2960 Albion Farms Road, near Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Sugarloaf Parkway, and Buford Highway. Featuring: three 54’ by 42’ padded spring floors, a 42’ by 42’ GHSA regulation competition floor, a 30 foot Air Track, two 30 foot in ground spring tumbling strips into in-ground pits, an in-ground trampoline, a 40 foot “Tumble Track” into an in-ground pit, two fully mirrored walls and tumbling instruction mats of all shapes and sizes. CDA has a spacious mezzanine level with cable TV and wireless internet for parental viewing as well. Our air conditioned and NEWLY RENOVATED facility is custom designed to serve as a state of the art cheerleading, dance and tumbling gym. Our coaching staff consists of highly trained professionals from the University of Kentucky, Georgia State, University of Georgia, Auburn University, Georgia Southern, Georgia Tech, Ohio State, Louisiana and several others. BUILDING CHARACTER…INSPIRING ATHLETESCDA’s staff acknowledges the influence we have on your children daily. That’s why we work hard to build character and sportsmanship in each of our athletes. We want you to know that high morals, as well as expectations, surround your children while they are working with CDA. ATLANTA JAYHAWKSCDA is the proud home of the National Champion Atlanta JayHawks Cheerleading and Dance Teams. The JayHawks compete regionally and nationally and perform exhibitions in the local communities as well. The Atlanta JayHawks program has built a solid reputation for producing college athletes. Several JayHawks have gone on to become college cheerleaders and dancers and have earned athletic scholarships and even national titles. Our JayHawks try-outs take place each year in the spring for the upcoming school year/competitive season. A complete try-out packet is available each year in March. REGISTRATION AND TUITIONAnnual Registration Student: $60 per yearFamily: $75 per year Monthly RatesOne weekly class $75 per month Additional weekly classes $65 per month ALL CO-ED STUNTING CLASSES $75 per month Squad coaching: Varies- Call for information! (Note: Our monthly fee is a yearly tuition broken down into 12 payments charged the first of every month) JayHawks full-year/HALF-YEAr monthly tuitionJAYHAWKS CHEER TEAM FEE $140 per month* FAMILY DISCOUNT-additional students $110 per month* *includes one tumbling class and team practices. JAYHAWKS DANCE TEAM FEE $75 per month** (additional $65 for cheer team members) **includes one technique class and team practices. all CDA billing will be handled through automatic draft from your bank account or automatic charge to your credit card (mastercard/visa) each month. Checks will only be accepted for your initial month of registration at cda.Private LessonsCDA offers private lessons for students who desire a higher degree of individual instruction in a specific area. These lessons may last ½ hour to 1 hour and are scheduled at your convenience with the instructor of your choice. Vouchers must be purchased at the front desk during regular business hours for $200 for five 30 min lessons. No instructor should be paid directly for privates. Note: Only CDA class students are eligible for privates. BIRTHDAY PARTIES Want a CHEERful Birthday? We’d love to help you celebrate your special day at CDA. Our parties consist of 1 hour of instruction and 45 minutes for you to open present and eat the cake. Prices start at $150 (10 children or less) plus $10 per additional child at the party. Ask the front desk for available dates today!! Make-up PolicyIf you will miss a class or private lesson, please call to let us know. For classes, simply call one hour in advance; for private lessons, we request 24 hours notice. One Missed class may be made up each month during our open gym (dates posted each month on-line). Please note: no credits or refunds will be given for missed classes and/or privates. This includes failure to communicate withdrawal from a class by the 15th of the previous month .
There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks/overdrawn drafts.
