9.10.2015: Abhishek Appaji M was invited to Judge KAGADA 2015, IEEE UVCE's Twelfth National Student Conference on 9th October 2015.
11.10.2015: The Consortium for Affordable Medical Technologies (CAMTech) of Massachusetts General Hospital Global Health, Boston, USA had conducted ‘CAMTech Diabetes Innovation Hack-a-thon’ at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad on 10th & 11th October 2015. There were more than 200 Participants; 40 teams took part in the event including the BMSCE team 'AANKHEY'- SEE THE UNSEEN. Prof.Abhishek Appaji Mfrom Medical Electronics team has a total of five members, an entrepreneur & Clinician from Bangalore, an android developer from Hyderabad and a 7th standard school girl from Hyderabad.
The Team Aankhey was awarded with $250 CAMTech Runner-Up for developing a mobile application that helps doctors and paramedics diagnose and raise awareness about diabetic retinopathy.
15.10.2015 to 17.10.2015: Three faculties from Medical Electronics K Vijayalakshmi, Abhishek Appaji and Aparna Prabhakar along with Dr Indiramma, Dept of CSE and Dr Dakshayini, Dept of ISE attended workshop on IEEE Medical IoT Workshop.
19.10.2015: Mr Mahesh, Ellipsonic Singapore visited Dept of Medical Electronics, BMSCE to discuss about the ongoing projects.
31.10.2015: Abhishek Appaji, Dept of Medical Electronics participated and was part of organizing team for the workshop on "Cloud Computing Innovations in India: A Framework and Roadmap" organized by CCICI and IEEE Bangalore Section in collaboration with IEEE Computer society and IEEE Young Professionals at IIIT Bangalore.
