TikTok vs USA

First of all, Wikipedia define negotiation as: - a dialogue between two or more people or parties intended to reach a beneficial outcome over one or more issues where a conflict exists with respect to at least one of these issues .so, regarding to this definition it must between at least two parties, also the one who in charge to negotiate either from first or second parties should have some especial skills not like regular people, in addition should be flexible and easy going with different situations.


From the title of my paper, we can see our case about a social company in few months from the date of shown to public reserved a top place in social media world , which I mean here TIKTOK application , so, let tell you something about this company from the information I find it via official web site , and they put a vision for their goal and her I can borrow their words as “ TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. ‘’ and I will be frank with you , this is the first time I checked an application has a vision and mission for what they create it for, which is something amazing , so from the beginning of their start they are not looking for money look, so they focus on human beings themselves , to inspire and to be creative , as a result of this mission they become famous around the world and start has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.

When you just took a quick scan to the countries that I mention it before you will see USA and here our struggle and conflict will start , for sure now we know who is the first party and the second party.


The second part in this struggle was the USA, biggest and strongest country in the world, but why a big country start spark struggle with a social company? In fact the war or struggle was between China and USA and the represented of China here TIKTOK company, so I will borrow also some sentences from FOXNEWS which are “President Donald Trump, citing concerns that TikTok “may also be used for disinformation campaigns that benefit the Chinese Communist Party,” after that , the president of USA reprieve this company some tomes to re-think of their policy otherwise he will announce that this company is forbidden to use the USA land and air and prevent the USA citizens to use this application!!!
Negotiation era, if I could use the concept of era here I think will be appropriate , and here if you remember the people who will be in charge to take the negotiation upon their hand, so , the marathon starts between the two parties , after long negotiation and some times the talking almost was end with a bad result , start again to give the people hope that they can used this application , and you can imagine the mentality of president of USA , which I mean here the mentality of business man not a political man, which this mentality brought to him a lot of problems with many countries not just China, back again to the long drama movie which take the name of long negotiation , finally the both parties agreed and sign a paper that allowed this application to work on USA land , and let the president took a chance to raise his name in front of his people, so from the beginning I think it was about how the president can show himself as a strong leader and deserve a second chance to be in the top of this country while the elections was close , and also the social media company approve to themselves that nothing can stop them to reach their vision that I mention it before, here we can learn many lessons, for example:- no one should be winner or lost in negotiation process, even if you thought that you are the loser party in this re-think of your vision and look forward to reach the final line , because maybe the first party will never reach the final line if he had no vision or moral issue.
