Employee satisfaction is also a measured category just like work performance when it comes to work related topics. Employee satisfaction is self-explanatory and is the satisfaction of employees towards their Job (What Is Employee Satisfaction?, n.d.). Factors such as optimal working conditions, opportunities for career growth, respect from co-workers,
relationship with supervisors and financial rewards affect employee satisfaction, and away that measures employee satisfaction is through a survey done to employees to answer their personal opinions (Hill, 2019).
