Erzurum Drinking Water Supply Project

Brief description of its aim and intended results:

The project package for Erzurum Drinking Water Project comprises the following components to be implemented in the period 2014 to 2017.

    • Construction of a new water distribution network

    • Technical Assistance for the supervision of construction works to ensure the quality of the construction works.

Project value and funding sources:

Approximately EUR 36 million

Sources of Funding:

Implementation period:

2 years + DNP

Stage of preparation:

Master Plan, Draft IPA AF, Draft FS, Draft Tender Documents have been prepared by on-going Technical Assistance and Supervision Consultant of Erzurum Wastewater Project.

Yüksekova Integrated Water Project

Brief description of its aim and intended results:

Project Components will cover the following elements:

  • Construction of Stage 1 of sewerage network Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) 1stPhase

  • Replacement of storage reservoirs and installation of disinfection

  • Construction of Stage 1 of water supply network to all developed areas

  • Rehabilitation of wells

  • Provision of Combination Trucks (Suction/Jetting) CCTV and leak detection equipment

  • Provision of Integrated GIS/MIS systems & Hydraulic Sewer and water supply model (hardware/software/training)

  • Implementation of capacity building and supervision of construction works

Project value and funding sources:

EUR 50 million

  • Construction of sewerage

  • Provision of meters, combination trucks, CCTV equipment, GIS/MIS systems and hydraulic sewer model

  • Implementation of capacity building and supervision of construction works

Project value and funding sources:

EUR 39 million

  • EU IPA Grant Funds

  • National Sources

Implementation period:

  • Provision of meters, combination trucks, CCTV equipment, GIS/MIS systems and hydraulic sewer model

  • Implementation of capacity building and supervision of construction works

Project value and funding sources:

EUR 89 million
