ANTHROPOID is based on the extraordinary true story of the World War II operation to assassinate Nazi commanding officer Reinhard Heydrich. Heydrich was the Reich’s third in command after Hitler and Himmler; he was the main architect behind the Final Solution and the leader of Nazi forces in Czechoslovakia. Nicknamed “The Butcher of Prague,” his reign of terror and brutality prompted Czech authorities in London to hatch a top-secret mission, codenamed “Operation Anthropoid,” which would change history forever.
One of the most terrifying and thrilling stories of World War II, ANTHROPOID follows two soldiers from the Czech army-in-exile, Josef Gabčík (Cillian Murphy) and Jan Kubiš (Jamie Dornan), who are parachuted into their occupied homeland in December 1941. With limited intelligence and little equipment in a city locked down under Nazi occupation, they must find a way to assassinate Heydrich, the man many saw as Adolf Hitler’s natural successor.

Bored with life, she welcomes the attentions of Islaev’s visiting friend and her devoted admirer, Mikhail Rakitin (Ralph Fiennes), without ever letting their friendship develop into a love affair.
The arrival of a handsome tutor, 21-year-old student Aleksei Belyaev, ends her boredom. Aleksei injects a new, vibrant energy into the refined and staid life of the home. Natalya falls hopelessly in love with him, but so does Vera, the Islaevs' 17-year-old foster daughter. Love wreaks havoc as Natalya concocts a cunning plan to rid herself of her rival no matter the cost and this once affectionate group will never be the same again.

Ritchie is Glaswegian chancer with low hopes and no prospects. Disillusioned with city‐life, he goes undercover at a Highland conservation centre to make his fortune as an illegal pearl fisher with the help of his two hapless and accident-prone mates, Danny and Fraser.
Here he meets Beth, a pretty English conservationist passionate about saving endangered mussels from the clutches of pearl thieves in the Scottish Highlands.
Falling for her instantly, Ritchie must beat off competition in the form of Highland Ranger Ethan, a smooth-talking American Adonis convinced that Beth can’t resist his charms forever.
After the success of pearl fishing attracts the unwanted attentions of old-school Glaswegian mobster Gavin and his work at the centre leads him to question his true motivations, Ritchie must risk life and limb to save the Highlands from ecological disaster and win Beth’s heart.
SWISS ARMY MAN

Hank (Paul Dano); stranded on a deserted island and having given up all hope of ever making it home again. But one day everything changes when a corpse named Manny (Daniel Radcliffe) washes up on shore; the two become fast friends, and ultimately go on an epic adventure that will bring Hank back to the woman of his dreams.
Bursting with limitless creativity in both form and content, SWISS ARMY MAN creates a world like no other. Dano and Radcliffe both fully commit to their directors’ audacious vision, and their work is exceptional, finding the perfect balance of humor and heart that drives the whole film. A celebration of all the wonders cinema has to offer, SWISS ARMY MAN is a cultural phenomenon in the making -- a wholly original examination of human vulnerability and connection that must be experienced. SWISS ARMY MAN is the feature film debut of acclaimed music video directors Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwan (collectively known as DANIELS, and responsible for the visionary “Turn Down For What” video, among many others).

Berlin 1940. The city is paralyzed by fear. Otto and Anna Quangel are a working class couple living in a shabby apartment block trying, like everyone else, to stay out of trouble under Nazi rule. But when their only child is killed fighting at the front, their loss drives them to an extraordinary act of resistance. They start to drop anonymous postcards all over the city attacking Hitler and his regime. If caught, it means certain execution.
Soon their campaign comes to the attention of the Gestapo inspector Escherich and a murderous game of cat-and-mouse begins. But the game serves only to strengthen Otto and Anna’s sense of purpose and a renewed love for each other. Slowly their drab lives and marriage are transformed as they unite in their quiet but profound rebellion...
Over 60 years after its initial publication, Hans Fallada’s novel, written directly after the Second World War, became a worldwide bestseller. Based on a true story, the powerful and redemptive novel was described by Primo Levi as “the greatest book ever written about German resistance to the Nazis.”
