You may apply to be a Voting Member or an Associate Member. Please take the time to read the rights and responsibilities of each class of membership.
VOTING MEMBER
In the event that the Company dissolves, every current Member undertakes to contribute $1.00 to the assets of the Company.
A Member may resign from membership of the Company by giving written notice to the Secretary.
Member registration details will also be held in confidence with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), a government body that regulates the law that governs the Company.
Member details are kept confidential and information is used only for purposes that relate to the operations of the Company and with approval from the Board of Directors. The information collected will be used only for the purpose for which you provided it, and we will not disclose it without your consent, except where authorised or required by law.
The Member Register and Member details may be released upon written request to the Company.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER
An Associate Member has the right to receive notices of, and to attend and be heard at, any general meeting but does NOT have the right to vote at any general meeting.
