CAPITALISM
Capitalism is an economic and political system which allows private ownership and control of means of production for profit motives. Under this system, the government of the state does not interfere in the socio- economic and political process of the state instead, private individuals are permitted according to their ability and resources to own factors or means of production and also to maximize profit in such businesses. However, in practice, there is no country in the world that operates true and full capitalist ideology without some minor modifications. Even the United States of America that is adjudged the best capitalist state allows for the intervention of government in some major and sensitive aspects of the nation's economy e.g defence, internal security, immigration and emigration and finance. Other states that operate capitalism are Nigeria, France, Kenya, and Cote d'ivore.
