Finding Closed Service Requests
We have had a number customers ask us,
“How do I see my closed Service Requests?” On the Service Request region of the main dashboard, select the check box next to “
Include Closed SRs.” This capability was recently moved from the Region Edit Function (
Pencil Icon) to make it easier to find. Choosing this option will display all of your closed and open service requests.
Printing Service Requests
To print out a list of your service requests, start from the Service Request region navigation bar, choose the
Gear Icon next to the Edit (Pencil) Icon in the right corner, and select “
Printable View” or choose to export to a
CSV file and save your list to a spreadsheet. The
Gear Icon also allows you to group your service requests. For example, you can produce a list of all of your service requests by the
product they were logged against.
Customizing the Service Request Region
