In this role, you will be pivotal in the recruitment and admission of high quality students into the School’s various degree programs by providing a highly personalised service to prospective students.
Reporting directly to the Director of Admissions, key responsibilities include:

  • Administration of admission selection process and of new student records.

  • Ensuring that prospective students are provided with appropriate information or contacts to help them choose MBS

  • Providing a smooth and streamlined service to prospective students throughout the application process Implementing sales and communications strategies aimed at yielding quality students into each degree;

  • Co-ordination of events relating to program information for prospective students;


The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor level qualification in Marketing or Communications

  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar role within industry, education, sales, marketing or a fundraising environment.

  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to acquire and convey program knowledge professionally and accurately to a wide audience

  • Outstanding engagement and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively manage a range of stakeholders

  • Solid attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational skills

  • High level of computer literacy with demonstrable experience using databases or CRMs

  • Displays a can-do attitude towards problem solving and juggling competing demands

  • High focus to quality processes and outcomes with attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
