| Situation Analysis American Business Bank & Trust Wealth Management division stands poised to take advantage of the current market in which the banking upheaval has led to weak performance among some local competitors. To attract a greater market share of those with portfolios of over $500,000, ABB&T seeks to refine its communications with current and potential clients. In addition, the bank—perhaps at a later date—wishes to streamline the internal written communication approval process by providing key personnel with predetermined words and phrases that can be plugged into working templates of standardized documents. Attending to Wealth Management’s documents marks the first step in this process. Statement of Purpose This proposal defines the scope of services and cost to refine documents originating from ABB&T Wealth Management to help secure greater market share.
