Zoo Atlanta Safari Day Camp: Summer Session Scholarship Application

Please submit the completed application and required documentation via email to: education@zooatlanta.org OR via mail to: Zoo Atlanta Education Reservations, 800 Cherokee Avenue, S.E., Atlanta, GA 30315. All materials must be received by close of business on June 26, 2017. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

  Camper must be a current resident of Atlanta or Fulton County, Georgia
  
• 
  Camper must attend a Title One school and qualify for the free or reduced lunch program at school
  
• 
  Camper must be between the ages of 5 – 11 years old
  
• 
  Guardian of camper must agree to provide transportation to and from camp daily during the week of camp
  
• 
  If awarded, a $25 non-refundable fee made payable via credit card will be due at time of registration
  

• 
  Proof of residency in Atlanta and/or Fulton County, Georgia
  
• 
  Proof your camper qualifies for the free or reduced lunch program at school
  
• 
  Letter of need from the guardian, describing why your camper would benefit from attending Camp
  
• 
  Letter of interest from your camper
