21- Explain the 4 types of permits
1- Class A Permit
1) It is used for high-risk work
2) Class A Permit has Red edged form
3) Authorization period 14 days with a day extension allowance
4) Notice period time 72 hours
5) Validation time period daily hours
6) Mandatory attached the Job HSE plan with the permit
7) . A site visit and examination before Authorization by the Responsible Supervisor and permit Applicant
8) Approved by production coordinator
9) PH can take only one class A permit
10) Authorized by responsible supervisor
11) Revalidate by aera authority
2- Class B Permit
1) It is used for medium -risk work
2) Class B Permit has Blue edged form
3) Authorization period 28 days with a day extension allowance
4) Notice period time 48 hours
5) Validation time period daily hours
6) Mandatory attached the Job HSE plan with the permit
7) Approved by production coordinator if there is full isolation
8) PH can take 4 permits at a time
9) Authorized by responsible supervisor
10) Revalidate by aera authority
3- Task SOP Permit
1) It is used for Routine tasks low risk high volume work
2) Task SOP Permit has purple edged form
3) Authorization period 7 4) Validation time period daily hours
5) Mandatory attached the special risk assessment with the permit
6) PH can take 4 permits at a time
7) Authorized by responsible supervisor
8) Revalidate by permit holder
4- No permit Job
1) It is used for low-risk work
2) No permit has white edged form
3) Authorization period 28 4) Mandatory attached the Job HSE plan with the permit
5) No need for PH
6) Authorized by responsible supervisor
