Technical Writing for Consultancy Work and Knowledge Sharing – The skill for Technical Writing is essential for a Consultant, not only in performance of Tasks as per ToR, but also for knowledge sharing with the major stakeholders in particular, and to consulting industry in general. In projects I have been involved in, I have produced manuals for the Employer or the firm that engaged me. For the general consulting industry, I had written up a number of technical papers related to my field of expertise for presentation and publication (list is provided in my CV). In one ADB project in Lao PDR, the Resident Mission requested me to provide information to form part of the “Knowledge Product” which they were writing up.
