Switch from SSRI to another SSRI or SNRI/ Apathy Evaluation Scale


Following 8 weeks of treatment both the duloxetine and escitalopram groups significantly improved from baseline on the AES-C score

No placebo arm for comparison

Active intervention in the study design may have primed the expectation of improvement
