Self-administered questionnaires were adopted for the study. The researchers waited and collected the completed questionnaires the same day. The topic of study was of interest to the respondents and this manifested in the high response rate. Since the research questions were carefully designed and was easy to use, data gathering was covered with less constraints.
The only challenge was convincing the respondents on the important role they play in the success of the study. Some were skeptical prior to the exercise about the kind of responses to give, while some others felt reluctant to be involved due to fear of being ridiculed by their responses.
