Experience in working with various network monitoring and management tools such as N-central, ConnectWise Control, Kaseya, Radmin, TeamViewer, Ethereal, NetFlow, Wireshark, SolarWinds, Ciscoworks, etc.
Imaging, configuring and deploying desktops and laptops.
Outstanding hardware/network troubleshooting skills, including coordination with vendors
Excellent understanding of ITIL process and ensure that customer's incidents, problems & service requests are resolved within the agreed Service Levels

Sound knowledge in VLAN technology, VTP and STP protocols.
Experience in supporting, troubleshooting, administering System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Knowledge of virtualization: such as VMware, Hyper-V
Able to configure, troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls and other network hardware
Knowledge of Linux, Unix, Bash Scripting
