RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide front-line advice service and training to end-users on software and hardware related issues
Commission and decommission of computer peripherals such as workstations, thin clients, laptops, monitors
Configure and troubleshoot devices like pin pads, printers, TCRs, scanners, etc.
Follow troubleshooting procedures if needed
Relocate servers and make sure cabling is done in an orderly manner
Comply with customer's physical security policies, standards and procedures on Customers sites
IT Asset management, procurement and stock control
Strictly maintain the guidelines and complete several testings to verify a successful migration
