Deployment Support Engineer August 2015 – June 2016 RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide deployment and support services at National Australia Bank (NAB) across the state
Perform general Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) administrator and troubleshooting which include software import, deployment process and operating system deployment
Administer SCCM software delivery including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted and large-scale deployments
Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues
Install base OS image and distribute required applications to meet project requirements
Office 365 administration and troubleshooting. Provide active directory support for staffs and clients
Take the ownership, follow up and keep the customer informed on status of service requests and escalate ticket/issue to the higher resolver group when required
In case of critical network/system related incidents engage all stakeholders and keep them updated on the issue
Perform data backup and restore operations in accordance with company policies; provide post and pre-deployment support to users
Create and maintain Knowledge Base Articles (KBA’s); Document systems and processes and provide end-user training
Travel Interstate to perform on site migrations and provide follow up support
