Pause to watch the films throughout the exhibition area, including:

  • Hitler’s speech of January 30, 1939.

  • Siege of Leningrad, 1941–1944.

Stop for lunch before you begin looking through the D-Day Landings and Battle of Normandy sections of the museum. Your reservations are for 12:30 pm. By now you will need to take a break!

Lunch Break & Memorial Gardens


Enjoy your lunch at La Terrasse, sitting outdoors, if the weather cooperates. Les Menus start at €15.50. Then take a walk in the Memorial Gardens as part of your break before you return to see the rest of the Memorial.
