REMOVAL
Drain the cooling system to blow of the cooling outlet connection.
Remove the coolant outlet connection retaning belts slide the connection with the hose attached to one side.

Remove the thermostat gasket. Drain the cooling system to blow of the cooling outlet connection.
Remove the coolant outlet connection retaning belts slide the connection with the hose attached to one side.
Remove the thermostat gasket.
INSPECTION
Place the thermostat in a container water heat the water it the thermostat valve does not opening temperature or if fail to close install a new thermostat.
CLEANING
Clean the coolant outlet connection cylinders head surface coat a new coolant outlet the gasket with sealer position the gasket on cylinder head.
Coat the edge of the thermostat with grease so it stick in the water outlet connection.
Position the thermostat in the recess of the water outlet connection so that heat element will be the cylinder head.
Position the water outlet connection install the retain bolts be carefully not to disturb the thermostat.
Fill the radiator + operate the engine check for coolant leaks.Drain the cooling system to blow of the cooling outlet connection.
Remove the coolant outlet connection retaning belts slide the connection with the hose attached to one side.
Remove the thermostat gasket.
