When an engine is rebait the oil pan is remove cleaned oil passage in the crankshaft cylinder block are cleaned out clean oil passage with wire brush.

• 
  Park the vehicle on a level surface turn the engine off.
  
• 
  Wait a couple of minute for the oil to drain back down into the oil pan
  
• 
  With draw the dipstick wipe it clean.
  
• 
  Reinset it & with draw it again.
  
• 
  Note the oil level on the dipstick the morning on dipstick indicate it oil should be added.
  
• 
  Note the condition of the oil to determine it is dirty thick or thin.
  
• 
  Rub a few drops of oil between your thumb finger to detect particles.
  
• 
  Small the oil to determine it condion gasoline.
  
• 
  If the oil level is low add oil. It the oil is contaminated change it.
