Apologies that I'm changing this request to your force for the third time.
I had originally requested to alter my request to make it clearer - but realise now that my second request may have actually been slightly more confusing.
Please cancel my most recent request (below) and replace with the following:
In the last two and a half calendar years, how many call handlers and dispatchers working at your force have been:

i) Given a written or verbal warning

ii) Suspended from employment

iii) Dismissed from employment

iv) Were subject to other disciplinary proceedings not mentioned above (please state).

Please break down by calendar year for 2014, 2015, and 2016 (Jan-June).

If your force has separate dedicated teams working for your 101 service and emergency service, please also break down by these categories.
Please also include direct management in the figures.
If call handlers, dispatchers and managers have other roles at your force, I would still like them to be included in the response.

2. For each case where an employee was suspended or dismissed [see ii) and iii) in the previous question] please provide the reason why. For example, repeated absences, failure to follow instructions, etc.

3. At the time of collating this request, how many vacancies are there at your force for call handlers, dispatchers, and their managers?

**CLARIFICATION RCVD**
I am asking for data / information on any police complaints made to Suffolk Police about breaches of PACE since 1st Jan 2011 with regard to vulnerable adults and children under 18 not being given an appropriate adult for a police interview.
