Residence Life:
Experience everything college has to offer and develop incredible skills and friendships
that will last a lifetime - live on campus!
Kennesaw State University, in cooperation with the KSU Foundation, began offering on-campus housing in the fall of 2002. The housing facilities are privately owned and man- aged by the KSU Foundation and KSUF Housing Management LLC. All leasing, contracts, facilities, and finances are handled by the private management company. All programming, residential student conduct, Roommate relations, resident development and support, and the Resident Assistants are handled by the university's Department of Residence Life.
There are multiple on-campus communities that offer unique features to meet the needs of specific student populations. First-time new traditional freshmen live in the University Village Suites and designated buildings at KSU Place. Sophomores, Honors housing, and special populations live in the University Village apartments. Upperclass students live in
University Place and designated buildings at KSU Place. There are 3,044 students living in
campus housing.

Off-Campus Housing
For students seeking off-campus housing options, the Department of Residence Life
provides a web-based posting system that allows students to search for housing based on their desired criteria for housing off-campus. This database may include local apartments for rent, rooms for rent in nearby homes, or students seeking roommates to share off-campus living accommodations. For more information, and to access the free database, visit www.
kennesaw.edu/residencelife/offcampus.htm
Please note that while KSU provides information to students about off-campus housing options, the University has no affiliation with the people or properties listed in the database, nor does the University take any responsibility for the private listings included within that database. The off-campus web-based housing database is only provided as a free service to enhance the housing options available to our students.
