The senior ICT officer reports to the principal ICT officer who reports to the ICT manager. The ICT officers report to the senior ICT officer. The ICT officers perform different roles; i.e. database administration, network administration, infrastructure support and system administration just as shown below; Vision: To achieve excellence in enhancement of Technical and innovation through the use of ICT. Mission Statement: To enhance staff awareness on the range of services offered by the department of ICT and express our commitment to serving the LBDA staff with total dedication.
