received by theIP Phone E when attempting to initiate a call result in the display of an error on the screen, and typically results in fast or regular busy tone.
If a media negotiation fails during dialog setup, the IP Phone 1140E
terminates the dialog.
If an in-dialog failure occurs during media (renegotiation,
the IP Phone1140E falls back to previously negotiated media settings. When a failure occurs that makes this impossible, the IP Phone E attempts to clear the call by terminating the dialog.
