Broad stock Selection: When
selecting Broad stock, choose only male and female fishes that weigh above 1kg, that the fries will also grow into big fishes ensuring the male organ crosses and it is pink/reddish at the dot end.
When
pressing out the female eggs, choose fish that have eggs that
are separate from each other, and gold in colour. Check to see protruded tommy of the
female fish when placed flat, face down.
