22nd Mid Career Management Course

INTRODUCTION

1. 
   In the following pages, the Syllabus of the 22^nd MCMC (Monday, 22nd August 2016 to Friday, 25th November 2016) has been outlined. It covers all aspects of the Course, including its aim and scope, Block Study Hours, allocation of time for Modules and Events, Course Schedule, General Events, Basic Studies & Computer Literacy Week, Modules (including Study Tours), Presentations and Miscellaneous Events (including Communication Skills, Analysis Papers and Peer Ratings). Conduct of these activities has been explained in the Joining Instructions &Academic Guidelines, issued separately.

   In addition to the curriculum, the Institute also encourages co-curricular activities, particularly sports and cultural events.
   
3. 
   The idea is to familiarize participants with the whole range of activities planned for them at the Institute. Participants are required to go through the Syllabus carefully and need to keep consulting it through the entire duration of the Course.
