The crime was happed at a house where a party was held where the victim‘s boyfriend are present together with another two suspects at Nueva Ecija.

A 16-year-old woman was asked by her 19-year-old boyfriend Nathaniel de la Cruz to go out for dinner. However, instead of bringing the woman to the restaurant, they proceeded to a house where another two men were having drinks and they were identified as Joseph Esguerra, 22 and Francis Ngacngac, 24 and all of whom are residents of the town of Licab.

The three men including the boyfriend were allegedly raped the teenager when she became intoxicated after drinking alcohol. After the victim told her parents about the crime in which the victim repeatedly asked the suspects to stop but her appeal was allegedly ignored. Due to the quick police reporting, the suspects are detained and face rape charges.
