You are in a position to take advantage of the existing technologies to further discover new things, to go farther than we have gone, and affect the lives of more people than we have been able to do. However, in the fast rapid changes in our technology, technical competence is essential to ensure that our young people are equipped with the best education we can give. I am glad that you are aware in the ability to create technical knowledge and be competitive in the global economy.
