   Participants must prepare at least 1,000 samples to be offered during the event. In the incident that more foodies are expected to attend, Participants must be willing to prepare extra samples to accommodate the additional foodies.

   Selling may be done only to customers who have already consumed his/her food sample. Products for selling must be on top of the prepared 1,000 samples. No display of prices.

   In order to sell during the event, Participants are required to pay the following BIR Taxes to RCBC Bank, Rockwell Center before the event proper:

  P500 Registration Fee (pay using BIR Form 0605)
  
• 
  P150 Advance Business Tax (pay using BIR Form 0605)

   For those who will sell, please offer a Rockwell’s 3^rd Ultimate Taste Test exclusive promo (i.e. discounts, packages). Kindly indicate your proposed promo below.

Food suppliers must:

1. 
   Provide samples in its proper eco-friendly serving container with utensils if necessary, enough for at least 1,000 attendees.

   Service your booth from 11am to 10pm.
   
3. 
   Bring your own additional tables/ stands/ display racks (if needed).
   
4. 
   Provide garbage bins and/or trash bags in your area.
   
5. 
   Extension cords for your power requirements.
   
6. 
   Ensure proper food safety procedures in preparing and serving their products to the attendees.
   
7. 
   Provide raffle prizes and giveaways (optional).
