  Approximately $5100 was raised with the successful Fall Festival. This is the amount before any monies owed has been paid. Last year’s amount was $8000.

  $6000 made on attraction booklets.

  The first Spirit night at Chick-fil-A amount has not been received.

  New fence around basketball court for child safety.
  
• 
  Speed bumps will soon be installed in the parking lot.
  
• 
  School improvement team is looking for two parents that can meet consistently the first Tuesday of every month at 4p.m. This would be about 10 meetings a year. Would like input on parent and student engagement.

  December PAC meeting moved to last week in November, on the 28^th at 6 p.m. due to the Winter Musical on the 12/5/16.
  
• 
  December Power PAC meeting has been moved to 12/??/16 from 12/21/16 due to Holiday break.
  
• 
  January PAC meeting moved from 1/2/17 to 1/9/17.
  
• 
  Need school contacts for our sport teams to participate with other schools for games.
  

Volunteerism:

• 
  Spirit wear order form has been emailed to parents and is on the facebook parent page. This order ends on 11/30/16.
  
• 
  The amount went up $1 from last year’s amount. The increase will go towards our Teacher Appreciation gifts this year. The teachers will be receiving WCA fleece jackets.
  

Moral Focus:

• 
  Changes coming to PAC due to lack of parent involvement. Dr. Carson will mention in the Sunday call about recruiting for lessons.
  
• 
  Spoke about reaching out to Greenville natives that have made great achievements to come speak on a Moral Focus month.
  

Watch D.O.G.S.:

• 
  Growing morning greet time. If more than two sign up, the extra D.O.G.S. will help with traffic control.
  
• 
  SLOW signs are going to be purchased/made/donated.
  
• 
  D.O.G.S. will join in the forces to help with Moral Focus lessons.
  
• 
  D.O.G.S. have been asked to donate some time in the school, would like a minimum of one day per year.
