THE RED HOTTERS
Pseudonym on acoustic OKeh/Parlophone for studio groups of no interest, and Silvertone 3526 and 3527 for Boyd Senter and the Chicago De Luxe Orchestra, q.v. Interestingly, a 1925 Silvertone sleeve advertises Silvertone 3560, with titles HOT MUSTARD and THIRD ALLEY BREAKDOWN under this pseudonym. These titles do appear on Silvertone 3548, bearing Jimmy O'Bryant's CLARINET GETAWAY and BACK ALLEY RUB, using the above pseudo-titles, and the pseudonym THE HOT DOGS. Unless a copy of 3560 eventually appears, we must assume a communication breakdown occurred between production and marketing, an all-too-common phenomenon, even today.
