DIRECTOR OF TICKET OPERATIONS
JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY
Performs and oversees a variety of customer service functions for The Atlanta Blaze Lacrosse Club ticketing office.
Provide day to day contact, interaction & conflict resolution while providing functional oversight and coordination to on-call ticket sales associates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Interact directly with season ticket holders and patrons on a daily basis.

Sales inventory to include but not limited to Season Tickets, Ticket Packages, Suites, Single Game Tickets and Group Packages.

Provide ticket sales training for staff and student employees, as well as external associated ticketing agencies.

Provides backup support to ticket outlets, to include after hour on call operational support, system maintenance and troubleshooting.

Oversee and coordinate day to day activities of ticket sales associates.

Oversee and coordinate ticketed events and resolve any administrative issues related to these ticketed events.

Process season ticket orders and coordinates any seat change requests.

Provide backup maintenance and support of the overall ticketing system.

Perform associated administrative tasks related to special projects including correspondence and program related activities.

Perform any miscellaneous job related duties as assigned

Reconcile daily sales reports and revenue from ticket sales.

Track and provide weekly sales reports regarding customer data through CRM tools.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must possess full knowledge of the practices and principles related to sale of sports tickets.

Must possess impeccable oral and written communication skills & keen attention to detail.

Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power Point.

Must have working knowledge of Paciolan / Spectra ticketing systems.

A minimum of 3 years sales experience to include 1 year of sport ticket sales.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Knowledge of cash management principles and procedures.

Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, including flexibility and customer service experience.

Ability to make knowledge based decisions according to policies and procedures.

Ability to analyze and investigate information and formulate conclusions.

Knowledge and ability to oversee, supervise and train employees.
