Hatha Yoga Teacher, Goa, India November 2016
Worked for a month in Simrose Holiday Resort in Agonda, South Goa for a month. Here I taught two hatha yoga classes every day for beginner and intermediate students.
Internship at PETA UK 2016 June-August
Worked in the Corporate Campaigns team, London, and my responsibilities included the compiling and researching of a diverse range of animal welfare issues, as well as literary contributions to online articles.
Alumni Relations Caller at the University of Exeter - January 2014- June 2014
Primary duties included calling alumni to maintain contact, raise awareness and generate donations towards the various funds of the university.
Customer Assistant at Tesco - July 2012-January 2013
Primary duties included customer service and shop floor management, stock control and merchandising.

200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teaching Training Certification September 2016

Competed my Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course in Agonda, Goa with Shiva Shakti traditional yoga school in India.

The course focused specifically on asanas, pranayama practices, meditation techniques, anatomy, philosophy, and mantras.

Founder and President of Animal Welfare Society at the University of Exeter Spring 2014

The society aims to bring students together across the University to provide a forum for discussion and promotion of animal welfare, and to raise funds to support suitable animal focused charities.

As president of the society my primary duties have been to galvanise the membership and establish its direction and principles. On account of its unprecedented growth, its ability to influence university management action, and its financial contributions to related charities, this initiative can be judged as a great success, and a genuine example of the commitment and leadership qualities that I possess.

External recognition of this initiative was show when the Society was awarded Winner of the Annual PETA UK Student Award-2015.
Team Leader –Student Expedition to Morocco 2012

The purpose of the expedition was to visit a remote nomadic community and provide teaching services and essential teaching infrastructure, as well as experience the interaction between distinctly different cultural norms.

I organised a variety a fundraising events to support the expedition, with over £10,000 raised.

Accepted into the pre-professional division at the Atlanta Ballet Company where I practiced and performed alongside the company 6 days a week.

Model United Nations

I took part in the Model United Nations, which brought together students from a variety of schools across Europe, to take part in geo-political debates, focusing on the real time challenges being faced by the United Nations.

I rapidly learnt the art of skilful debating technique, and an ability to assess problems from all sides of the argument, with a healthy respect for the power of compromise and negotiation.
Presentation to Ban Ki Moon

Chosen by my school (Atlanta International School) to make a presentation to Ban Ki Moon and UN Officials, during the United Nations Conference held in Atlanta in 2010.

The presentation concentrated on the issue of environmental sustainability and transportation within cities.
